Corn Syrup Solids, Sugar, Calcium Caseinate (from Milk), Cocoa Powder (10%), Emulsifier (Soy Lecithin), Minerals (Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc, Iron, Manganese, Copper, Iodine, Molybdenum, Selenium), Flavour, Stabiliser (415), Vitamins (Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Vitamin A, Vitamin D, Pantothenic Acid, Niacin, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Riboflavin, Thiamin, Folate, Biotin), Traces of Fish.

Step 1: Quarter fill a large flass or mug with Water or Milk
Step 2: Add 6 Level Scoops of Complan
Step 3: Mix until smooth using a fork or whisk
Step 4: Top up with water or milk, stirring continuously
